How to Plot Metabolite Ratios

You can plot the Metabolite ratios for an Experiment.

Example:

Steps:

1. First choose and experiment by clicking on to expand it.
2. Now, fill in the information about the1st set of replicates. For example if we want to compare the wild type replicates of Experiment -2 then we may choose NW1 and NW3 from the list boxes. 3. Fill in the information about the 2^nd set of replicates by choosing their names from the list boxes for Mutant. 4. Now choose the target experiments that you want to compare. In our example we chose “NW1” to “NW3” for wild type and “DLW1” to “DLW3” for our mutants and also chose the first and the second target experiment for the EIE2 experiment. It will automatically adjust the number of replicates for the labs which use more replicates per experiments.
5. Press the submit button.
